Mrs. Robertson is licensed to practice in state and federal bars of Nevada.
Mrs. Robertson joined Gunderson Law Firm in 2023. Prior to joining Gunderson Law Firm, Mrs. Robertson practiced general litigation for 14 years with a focus on domestic matters, construction defect litigation, and appeals. She has worked in Reno, Las Vegas, Carson City and Douglas County. Mrs. Robertson represented clients in trials, arbitrations, and mediations. She served as staff attorney for Volunteer Attorneys for Rural Nevadans, during which time she represented clients in courts throughout Northern Nevada, including Carson City, Churchill, Douglas, Lyon, Storey, Humboldt, Elko and White Pine Counties. Mrs. Robertson also clerked in the First Judicial District Court of Nevada. Prior to law school, Mrs. Robertson worked in Washington, D.C. for Sen. Harry Reid, in Carson City for Governor Kenny C. Guinn, for Washoe County District 25 during the 72nd Nevada State Legislative Session and for the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency.
Mrs. Robertson served on the board of the Wellspring Women's Center and Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association. She was also a member of Inns of Court, Bruce R. Thompson Chapter and is a member of the Washoe County Bar Association. Mrs. Robertson is a volunteer for Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada, Food Bank of Northern Nevada, and Alliance of Therapy Dogs, through which she volunteers at nursing homes, hospitals, group foster homes, schools and for the military animal project.
